Across the world, we need new energy sources, healthcare solutions, environmentally friendly technologies, and an end to terrorism. At SITE these are a few of the issues we face every day. Our engineering faculty, researchers, graduate students, and undergraduate students are making hydrogen fuel cells more efficient, developing working evacuation-systems for natural disasters, and creating technologies to prevent and deal with possible terrorist attacks. SITE engineers are working in virtually any area in which their expertise can benefit humanity. In SITE, we do everything we can to encourage and support our people. They are engineering the solutions to the grand challenges of the 21st century.

Subharti Institute of Technology & Engineering started its journey in the year 2005 and by now it has established its footprints through the blessings of the people of this great country. After establishing ourselves, we are on the march and this year, our entire focus is to pay to our students what they deserve the most- A Job in Hand before saying goodbye to SITE.

Innovative structure producing inventive minds

This is the first and foremost thrust that will enforce the foundations of SITE is to provide excellence in placement to the IVth year B. Tech. students and it is heartening to note that even before 7th Semester results are out, already 100 B Tech. students out of 300 B.Tech. students have been placed in various leading companies. The companies where job opportunities given to our students(Batch 2008-2012) are: IBM, HCL, SYNTEL, A-1 Hewitt, United Spirits, Cybercure, Location Labs India Pvt. Ltd., CoCubes, SRF Ltd etc.

The second thrust is to promote collaborative research at the highest levels and to be innovative and creative at all levels. SITE has already created a history by recognizing innovation even at the first year level and has honored Mr. Azaruddin by giving admission without charging any fee as he developed a working model of a helicopter. SITE is committed for the cause of Innovations and creativity in every walk of life.

Creativity and Innovation rewarded

The third thrust is to induct world class faculty so that the students inculcate the philosophy of learning through experimentation to lead Subharti in the nation and to lead the nation at the global levels.

To promote academics, SITE has already innovated the M. Tech. entrance examination through an online test and many new laboratories in the field of Microelectronics, RF & Microwaves, VLSI design, Oracle Lab (Oracle 10g), CAD-CAM Lab at M. TECH. level have been added.

SITE integrates six departments and each department is a group of many modern subjects, which change with the need of hour. Today, globalization and the multinationals require the academics to be equally supported by Training & Placement Cell, Personality Development Cell, Counseling Cell, Career and guidance cell and availability of Medical Services. SITE houses all these integrated groups under an aesthetically carved elevated structure.

Mechanical Engineering(ME): A modern workshop with heavy machines grinds the mindsets of would be mechanical engineers to be able to lead the projects at the global level.

Civil Engineering (CE): A real world technical learning is imparted in this department as it caters to the fast growing infrastructural needs of the nation.

Computer Science Engineering (CSE): It is an ever growing field with sky as the limit in terms of learning, job prospects and growth in future.

Information Technology (IT): Like Computer Engineering, this department this department is called as The Soul of Computer Engineering as it trained mindsets for software development-the job prospects and growth are limitless.

Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EN): The demand of energy and the privatization of energy sector in India have created tremendous demand of electrical engineers at the national /international levels.
